I offer personal training services in the areas of New York City, Queens and Westchester. In addition to personal training I am available for nutritional and supplementation assistance. I offer a variety of services, from serious contest prep to just getting back into shape for any occasion! You pick your goals and I will help you get there. I have several packages available, just choose one, pay and we get to the business of getting you to where you need to be!
Online Coaching - Includes nutritional program & supplementation recommendations. You would submit weekly progress photos so that necessary changes can be made to your program each week.
Personal Training - 1 on 1 personal training session. (Price is per session for one hour) CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE!
Diet & Supplementation - Includes a one time custom meal plan and supplement recommendations.
Posing Session - 1 on 1 posing sessions for ladies getting ready to compete in figure. I will teach you the mandatory poses and will help you with your performance on stage, walking, attitude, facial expression etc... (45 minutes session) CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE!

Swann is a fantastic trainer. She really focuses on different areas of your body and targets them correctly. She really puts a lot of attention into her clients which, for me was extremely important, because it showed she was not just another trainer.
